BalCal Construction Inc. is a Mexican-American owned business, we are members of the Napa Solano Builders Exchange, and are fully insured with General Liability and Workman’s Compensation insurance.

With over 20 years of industry experience, Cruz’s focus on client expectations has been instrumental in differentiating the firm and increasing client loyalty and growth. As a principal in the company, he brings strong organizational leadership and strategic vision to BalCal.
